After a long close season, Dragons were raring to start the season – well except Josh, who turned up 45 minutes late. The opposition couldn’t have been tougher, as last year the two clubs finished with an identical points tally, with only the head to head results handing the league to the Dragons. (more…)

In the second team game, Cardiff Dragons got off to a confident start.  As Bristol City set up the first attack, the Welsh side held a strong defence.  After a decisive interception by Joey and some quick passing, Gwenno opened the scoring with a running in shot.
