Provisional League Schedule Published

The schedule for the new EKL season have just been published. While the exact dates are yet to be finalised (teams can arrange matches 3 days either side of the weekend), if you can try and keep these weekends free - particularly for the away games, I think we’ll try and have home games on Monday evenings where possible. Start of Season Social Announced

Cardiff Uni demonstrate15th September, Pub Golf.

By then we’ll have been back in training for 2 weeks and will doubtless need a good social to give us a break. Times and pubs to be arranged, but put the date in your diaries and start planning your costume.

Cardiff Tournament “Huge Success”

stockholm___london_001.jpgCardiff’s first ever attempt to host a tournament proved very enjoyable and seems set to be a regular event. It was won by “Is it ‘cos i’m a Londoner”. S4C came along to film it too, which might wash away the horrible memory of when they filmed Cardiff Uni on an icy car park in Caernafon.

Cardiff Romp to Bristol Victory

bristol-tournament-06.jpgHere’s Josh’s report of our storming display at Bristol’s annual sunshine fest. A combination effort saw Kristina, Matt, Aidan, Taff and Zoe from city to boost the Dragons ranks of Amy, Ang, Josh, Helen and Kat. The mix ‘n’ match approach clearly favours Cardiff players as we confidently dispatched our local and not so local rivals to claim our first tournament win of the season.
