After the disappointment of defeat in the Cardiff derby, Dragons 2 faced Horfield in a top of the table clash, looking to make amends. With the second division’s top scorer, Joey, promoted to the firsts (rather against his will), Steve came in to make his debut.

Some impressive performances against Bec and Cardiff City in recent games had possibly obscured the fact that Dragons had gone 4 games without a win, and if they realistic ambitions towards challenging for the league, then they needed to win against Horfield.
