After the disappointment of defeat in the Cardiff derby, Dragons 2 faced Horfield in a top of the table clash, looking to make amends. With the second division’s top scorer, Joey, promoted to the firsts (rather against his will), Steve came in to make his debut. (more…)

Some impressive performances against Bec and Cardiff City in recent games had possibly obscured the fact that Dragons had gone 4 games without a win, and if they realistic ambitions towards challenging for the league, then they needed to win against Horfield. (more…)

After a good win against Taunton and draw against Horfield (cough forfeit cough), the Cardiff City Blues turned out for what was an eagerly awaited game against their Cardiff Dragons counterparts. (more…)

So the match we’ve all been waiting for arrived with both the Dragons and City looking to improve on lacklustre performances last time out, and both sides duly served up a 26 goal thriller, with plenty of fine play and more passion and commitment than we’ve seen all year. (more…)

Having drawn against Milton Keynes, the Dragons then got to sit down and watch as they played the 3rd team in the triangular knock-out, Bec, before we got to play the Londoners. (more…)

BKA Cup vs Milton Keynes

Unsurprisingly, given the big step up in class, the Dragons debut in the BKA Cup saw them eliminated at the first hurdle, but they put on an excellent display against some much more experienced opponents. (more…)
